Just wondering if they still hand out the scab book to new hires . I found mine recently from my short time there in 2000

They do not. Got the list from a CA

I meant UAL. When I was there in 2000 we got a yellow scab book Millenium edition. I was just curious if UAL new hires today would get a scab book. There can’t be too many scabs left

I was told by someone in April 2024 there was about 40ish left. I would imagine the number is quite smaller now even.

No, new hires are not given such a book anymore

I doubt you’d see that after the merger.

Ensuring one never get access to your jumpseat. Then again most of the live in base so they don’t ever have to bring their grubby butt up front and ask for a ride.
