Default Houston/Austin AME

Anyone use/know of a Houston/Austin area AME that still uses the wall eye chart for the vision part of their FAA flight physicals. The one with the large E on the top. Older eyes detest that infernal vision test machine that most AME's are using these days. Hopefully a pilot friendly AME too. Only have a few medicals to survive before 65 and retirement.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
