Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to get some help with an issue I'm having with my United Airlines pilot application. I've had an application on file for about a year and have been updating my flight times regularly. However, two weeks ago, when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating "no application was found." I've never encountered this issue before.
I'm trying to recover my application, as it contains multiple letters of recommendation and represents a significant investment of time and effort.
I reached out to [email protected] on the 8th but haven't received a response yet. If there are any United Airlines pilot recruiters or individuals with experience in this matter, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you could provide.

I tried starting a new pilot application and got an error message stating "Active Application found. Use Authentication link and code provided when you first submitted application"
I guess until I hear back from a Untied recruiter/IT I'm at an impasse unless anyone has any other suggestions.
