Unlikely. COVID played a huge hand here, and the CEO swapped out during negotiations. The current "Bob" is on record stating that he doesn't want to lose Labor, and has seen it bite the company.

DAL negotiations are a major factor, but I don't think we see UPA27 ratified in 2032.
