Did I miss something?
Just went to Coair.com and saw the E170 listed on the flight schedules. Decided to check Continental.com and saw scheduled E170 service into EWR appears here also. I thought the arbitrators decision prevented these flight from appearing on any Continental schedule. I wonder what there excuse is this time.
So much for the ghost flights...

E170 flights still advertised on Continental.com for flights between EWR-ATL, IAH-DFW, ect. Guess were no longer enforcing the arbitrators decision on scope. Not even a peep out of ALPA on the new internet listings.
Jeeez, this gets better by the day and nobody cares anymore.

Spread the word: he's worse than Tilton and Lorenzo combined. We can go on strike, shut the airline down forever, and he wouldn't care because he still has his golden parachute. If and when we ever get a JCBA, read it carefully and ask yourself: how will Smisek violate this contract? Because I can guarantee that Smisek will find a way.

email screenshots of all violations to [email protected]
Like I said, they are tracking Smisek's noncompliance, but it's going at a snail's pace.
