Default Talks suspended???

According to the portal, pilotsunited.com, the talks are suspended? I went to this portal to sign on skynet and check loads (sometimes it's the only way I can access skynet) and saw that announcement. I haven't noticed that headline before but I also haven't heard a whisper of it anywhere else and the blurb is not dated and has no link, so perhaps it's not current and refers to last year when things stalled out. I'm wondering if anyone else happens to have information? Thanks in advance and I apologize in advance if this proves to be a reference to last year.

Read it carefully. It's a joke.

If you have ever read the FAQ on the site, it's apparent the folks who run it have a good sense of humor, but I have to admit, that when I first glanced over the headline, I took it at face value. But when I just reread it, I see your point, sorry if I stirred the pot, it wasn't my intent.

Actually, I have heard that there is progress being made on the meat of the potatos of the contract and some refreshed fears of AA completing a contract before us and mgmt is really scared of that and the potential bar it could set.

Seems to me that Southwest has already set the bar that I'll be referencing. We fly 737's (well part of "we" does), and so do they....

Just think how smooth this summer could go if we got a contract tomorrow.

Actually, trying to avoid tipping our hand and negotiating in public but we have asked for SWA rates on the 737. Let's see what happens!
