Its easy, Wendy is gone. Jay is not...
As a EWR 737 pilot I think Jays time is up.
I'm ready for that recall, if my reps are not interested then time for their recall...
The pilots must stop this us and them thought process. SOC. is done, we are in this together. If our MEC's can't see that then they need to be replaced with some who do..,

So instead of a firm, signed agreement to protect UAL flying and pilots, the United side now only has a verbal intent not to terminate those for now.
As much as my position has always been that we shouldn't be negotiating profit sharing, still trying to figure out why Jay Pierce is such a bad guy and Wendy Morse is a saint who did no wrong in any of this. It's hypocritical to point fingers at Jay without taking an honest look at Wendy's actions as well.
