Yep, I can't remember when the Seaside wasn't on the disapproved list! Pilots have been walking on that property for years.

We have moved to the Hilton. 2 blocks off of the beach but much quieter.
The Hilton is much nicer no doubt, I don't know how much quieter it is though. The last time I stayed there it was plenty noisy, as bad as the Seaside. Are there certain rooms which are more quiet?

Stay on at least the 10th floor and face the mountains. Much more quiet than the Hyatt for those afternoon naps before the RedEye home.
