Really?
Just have the router block the site access for ipad updating. No ipad updates for the Marvin's and their shiny new gizmo. Wireless access continues for the rest of us.
Again, ALPA thinks they are flashing their muscle when they are really showing what little brain capacity they have.

I do know how to fix the problem, but I need more information.
If anyone has the URL's that the iPads use to update, I can then take it to the council, then block the sites. I don't have an iPad and when I get one, I don't plan on using it, except maybe as a remote control for my TV.

The solution is quite simple and I'm sure that Dave is more than capable. Hsld's remark of underlying issues is what I'm curious about. More of an education for myself in that respect.
United's computer system has sites blocked. It's not rocket science.
