My take is that most of this is coming from the new FO's in the Chief Pilot's Office. They will be the ones not wearing a pilot uniform, if that helps for visual recognition purposes.

There will always be sympathetic helpers on the line trying to convince others to follow mgmt.
Flew with a JRM guy who was trying to do it, a scab, a couple naive guys
and a couple guys getting close to retirement just worried about "making it".
From the sound of it, they most likely won't sway too many people though.....
