Can you explain why ALPA National used their contacts at the AFLCIO to contact the congressman's office to cancel CAPA, The Teamsters and the IAM's hearing before congress on 3 December 2009 on Why the RLA needs to be amended?

ALPA wanted their own language and sabotaged CAPAs hearing and now we have no amendment to the RLA. I am no sucker, I am informed. Screw ALPA!!!!!!!

For those of you who don't already know, PCL_128 was an ALPA national figure back when AirTran was ALPA. He's incapable of seeing any wrong within ALPA. Instead, he just hurls insults at those of us who post factual information from government forms completed by ALPA.

He doesn't seem to understand that calling Herndon to get facts is not a way to get facts. Herndon said they did nothing wrong with the TWA pilots and the lawsuit has absolutely no merit. A jury found differently. The model is the same: Deny everything until the evidence comes out...then say the evidence is a lie.
