My personal opinion is that this is a win-win for the Obama Administration. The company has to give us a contract someday; maybe its years from now...

Why not look like the hero, and put the pressure on to make it happen on his watch, with his input?

Smisek is screwed if the Administration and the NMB look at the situation through that lens.:D Delta and USAir were done in less than a cooling off period;)
