Did you think I meant a wildcat strike where we all just walk off the job???
You can't be that obtuse.....

+1 UAL ^^^^

Mr. EDC seems to be in an alternate dimension.

F this.

Man up.

Time to strike.

Where did you say "get us released" or in any way say how it should be handled?
But when the comany takes what you say and a 'Bushy' federal judge slaps he union with a multi million dollar fine from statements like this just takes us backwards. We have to be careful we are not sending a signal to those who listen to a dog whistle and take matters into their own hands the wrong way.

"F This."

"Man up."

As soon as the NMB releases us and following the 30 day cooling off period, it is:

"Time to strike"

I wasn't aware that I had to spell out each step, I thought it was common knowledge.

As a rational person, I know it is in no pilot's best interest to go on strike. I am absolutely ready, willing, and able to walk when legally allowed. I know from history nobody really wins in a strike. No one can predict if we will end up with a better JCBA in the 11th hour before a strike or after a few weeks of with- holding our services. It's a game of chance where hindsight can't be used.

That said, I am so *******ed off at current and previous UAL management, that a strike would be the kick in the nuts I would love to give these lying, thieving bastards. I fully understand the consequences of a strike and know it could end my career. If so, I'll have my integrity and my life will go on.

UAL management, give me a JCBA or we will shut it down.

Hard or Easy the choice is yours.

Yep, I agree these SOB's have pushed to far. It's time to fight.

They just announced today that new 737 sim instructor positions are opening up for the fall. Very odd for this to come out on a Saturday.

I wonder if they've decided that odds are there won't be a contract so they're settling in for the long haul to continue get pilots on the cheaper contract.

Supposedly there are/were A320 instructor positions posted at L-UAL recently also. So hopefully the recalling/hiring will be going on at both sides soon.

Or...optimistic thinking here...the contract is imminent and with our new and improved work rules, sli and a proper staffing formula we will need these new instructors....wishful thinking I know.

If nobody would take those instructor positions and the lca and management pilots would step down and all the sa pilots would quite doind special assignments to help themselves I think we could get things moving in the right direction. But no I don't expect any of that too happen.
