Center seat dead head pay

I've looked everywhere and yes, I've used search functions. I'm looking for the CAL 150% pay agreement on center seats while deadheading. I got stuck today in the center seat for 5+ hours. I'd like to get the extra pay, but I want to read the agreement. Thanks.

I hope you weren't flying after that. Sounds pretty fatiguing.

No. I'm off for 10 days!

It's in the TPA.

Just fill out a pay claim, crew pay investigates, it will show on your current pay register by the 6th of the following month.

Your CPO will be able to help you with that. If they tell you to submit a pay claim for it. Ask them how/Show me how...If no assistance then let me know.

Was this a CAL pilot only provision? I hadn't heard it on the UAL side and DEFINITELY want to know about it if this situation should arise. I agree, though, it would only apply if finishing a duty period, as I middle seats in coach are WAY fatiguing.

It's CAL only.

Personally, I'll take the UAL policy of 1st or E+ (depending on length and aircraft config) since there is no provision to force a pilot into E.

Watch your payroll advice like a HAWK

I just wanted to add that I got dragged through the mud on one of these situations. First, they flatly denied my pay claim because they said they showed me in a non middle seat. I kept the boarding pass though, so I followed up with the assistant chief pilot. Eventually my pay claim was approved, but here's the kicker........ the extra money never showed up. You have to watch them every step of the way and make sure you're getting paid because they WILL try to F you out of it.

I've had to do the middle seat dhd for 4+ hours at DL then fly another 4 hours back.

That was a loonnng day.

"Hey... what's your route?"

"You ever get scared up there?"

"My neighbor is a pilot, do you know him?"

"Are you a pilot or copilot?"
