We've been played. Management and Heppner will use the expiring TPA as a fear tool to get more pilots to vote for the JCBA. The timing pieces of that puzzle fit perfectly to management's benefit.

Coach, i diasgree.
The tpa isnt a threat anymore as the jcba is near fruition. Any gains fom the jcba wouldmost likely negate anything negative in the tpa. That and the time frame to do any bad stuff in th tpa would be limited. Im not even worried about the tpa. Only certain items expire. Also i would argrue that th company would try to use. Change in status quo as leverage. Dont think puchala would like that...regardless if it was a prenegotiated item |
