ST, while it might "ring hollow" to you, it's probably reality. Checking a website to see what a bunch of idiots are doing is a far stretch from supporting their cause. I'd bet only a small fraction of the 700 plus names actually back the suit. If you keep looking to put everyone's name on a list because they did something like checked a website (this, UPA, etc.), pretty soon we'll be 12,000+ seperate lists of one.

Looking to put someone on a list? No. Holding people accountable for comments? Yes. I frankly hope they continue with the suit and it financially sucks them dry. I'm still laughing the "$500 million that should go in their wallets" bush league comment.

I think when the silly season finally ends we as a group will be fine.

Dear Lord don't you people have anything better to do? Arguing in an online forum is about as fruitful as me trying to understand why my two teenage daughters are fighting about nothing.

We all come from different backgrounds but at the end of the day we want the same things. Accept that there will be differences and move on.

While we all might want the same things, a select few possess a twisted methodology for gaining their few pieces of silver. The days of "sorry, let's move on" is wearing thin.

And hopefully, the "i was wronged and you and all the CEO's and management and conspiracy theories and your MEC were the route cause of all my problems" days are over!! Believe me flying with people that not only see the glass as empty(not even half full!!) is wearing thin also!!

So what's new? There will always be these people out there. Right now you have TK instructors trying to enrich their position on the back pay, so what? Let them all spend their money and lose years of sleep fighting a battle that in the end will cost them far more than anything they would hope to gain.

News flash, there are a lot of pilots who would throw their own grandma under a bus for an extra buck. That will never change. And you sure as Hell aren't going to change it by sitting behind a keyboard throwing pretend rocks at each other. I'm thinking there should be a separate forum where those who want to have their playground fights can do so while the rest of us look forward to moving on.

One if the weaknesses of this forum is that real names aren't required. The best thing CAL Forums did was require your real name. No hiding behind nicknames. At least then you knew who you are talking to. In case you are wondering, mine shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

This.....

"This had a far more devastating effect on the future careers of the entire Continental pilot group than the effect that 9/11 ever had on them."

I could care less about the 712 members in their group, it's the top 6 admins I have a problem with when they produce comments like the one above.

I can't argue with that.
