New uniform arrived

By the way, I concur with other as to the quality of these uniforms.. Def not up to the standards of the old ones as far as material and workmanship.

I think the wide stripes are a big negative. A big fat PNS car, huge watch, gold negative. But to keep the bonhomie up, I will opine that I'm optimistic that this is el Hefe's last summer on the payrolll.
Just my opin, but these uniforms are crap. As Merle said, "I think I'll just stay here and drink."

Which guys?
UAL: optional (from what I'm told)
CAL: mandatory for international (not Central America) always.
Mandatory Oct 15 to April 15 for everyone.
Optional April 15 to Oct 15 domestic and Central America.
New "United" policy? To be determined. My guess: the CAL policy. Why? Because the company bought 12,000 hats. If it was going to be optional, it would have been optional when ordering the new uniform.

I guess one big positive of the design is that we have wide stripes.. No offense to LUAL dudes, but I have never been a fan of spaghetti stripes.
