Pre-post ISL percentages

Post your pre-post ISL movement and how you got there.

July 2013 Cal list ....54%
New ISL.................65%

Airhoss 09-03-2013 10:51 PM

Please make sure and use your May 2010 percentage as your original when comparing to your new one....

All those delay tactics seem to have backfired.

gettinbumped 09-03-2013 10:56 PM

Pre LUAL list: 45%
LUAL Proposal: 43.5%
Post List: 45%

Straight relative seniority. Not thrilled, not crushed, moving forward

Not sure where the 2010 snapshot is these days, but here is some other analysis based on proposed lists submitted. Done and moving on now.

CAL proposed list- 45%
UAL proposed list- 68%
Actual ISL- 65%

Airhoss 09-03-2013 11:50 PM

Pre ISL I sat at 70%

LCAL proposal put me at 98% (thank you very much!)

Post ISL I sit at 68.8%

From my perspective it was fair and equitable.

I am not sure I like the "hybrid" model, although the results are sort of OK. I don't like the "lumpiness" of the ISL. If you are at one end of a lump you get a windfall, the opposite end you are harmed.

I think I prefer filtering first with status and category, and then within each, filter again on a relative basis, perhaps weighted for longevity of the whole group in the status and category.

It is what it is.

Yep. J.P. sCAL MEC boss. Number 4522. Go to 4919. Only 3 Cal pilots and 392 Ual pilot..........Windfall.

Pre ISL..........67% (80% active)
Post ISL........64%

Note: I only slid 179 CAL numbers below the UAL proposal. Gained 1800+ CAL numbers from the CAL proposed staple job. That speaks volumes.

Real question since you always seem to be level headed. When you use Pre LUAL list # is that your UAL % on the May 2010 seniority list? I really don't know what my % was at that time at LCAL? Honestly, I really didn't care since I didn't have much control over it. The list went pretty much as I anticipated "relative seniority"! Except for the guys that were junior around the 70%/80% for CAL and 100% + for the UAL guys. Is that how you (or Hoss can answer to since he's pretty level headed also!) read the new list. I'll try to figure mine # out and come back and give you a more accurate one after your guys response!:)

My % on the SLI= 34% and I think I was real close to that on May 2010 CAL list. I do think the only people that have a "beef" on this whole thing are the NON furloughed pilots at CAL that were put behind the furloughed pilots at UAL? One of Hoss's big points!! And no Hoss, I'm not trying to "flame" you, I actually agreed with you on a prior ISL post, I just want to see if you feel the same now that it's CAL pilots getting your "unfair scenario"?

DMC12 09-04-2013 05:40 AM

Is the list posted last night based on 2010 numbers? I am 75% on that list, but in 2010 I was about 77%.

Or, is that list from last night current as of today?
