How about for every week of delay we all get 1or 2 extra days of vacation. Or add pay. Or something! At least hold their feet to the fire for being incompetent

Excellent idea. For a while now, I've advocated, some sort of penalty every time the company violates the contract. They seem to have no incentive or inclination to follow the contract now. Why not institute fines or other penalties? There really is no recourse for us, nothing under the railway labor act to ensure compliance.

Dave ... great idea! As I'm sure you already know you can't get punitive penalties in a Grievance but we could negotiate that in the next contract. Should be a high priority element with this management.

But oh wait ... in the next contract, the same guys that voted for this POS CBA, will look first at the pay rates and then defend the TA without ever having looked at the Scope or the rest of contract. Then they will ***** about the contract they voted for. SSDD but then I'm preaching to the choir sending this to you!

My sugestion for this Forum is that everyone *****ing about something should first state whether they voted For or Against this POS!

I'll go first ... voted against this POS ... Scope!
