Question about L-UAL uniform wings
Was at a collector shop today, there was a set of L-UAL wings in a glass case.
They have set of silver leafs along the bottom of the logo, anybody know what they leafs represent? LCA, years of service? Thanks. |
I think those are a management designation (the wreath) although they haven't been used since the 80's.

If you ever see me posing for a picture like that, please take me out and beat me to a pulp.

Yep, Hart Langer. Would fly one 3 day across the Atlantic, not take his break and wonder why the line pilots couldn't do that.
