For example the last bid 787 ca went down into the 3000's for seniority. 777 ca in sfo is less than half that! 1500ish and 747 ca is under 1200! I'm sure there are some in the lower 1/3 who'll jump ship to become instant line holders when the artificial barrier comes down.
