What's the chances that a call will come within 3 months of that date? Is it a good thing to have already interviewed or is it a you've had your chance and we'll get back to you when we can? Thanks ladies and germs...
One fellow went through at least 4 interviews before getting hired. When the waiting period is up, your previous efforts are not held against you. I'd say that as long as you keep your app up-to-date, your chances are pretty good, especially if you can somehow add something to it (new position, leadership role, etc.).

Good luck...

Don't kid yourself... Everything is taken into account... To include past employers and how many times you applied and what phase you didn't pass...

Didn't pass the Hogan... Is that going to hurt my chances?
Any suggestions for preparing to take it again?

You are eligible again in 12 months...I understand time line might be shortened to 6 months. It only hurts your chances in that it sets you back that period of time. If you fail a second time, they will not process your application any further. I know quite a few guys who have passed on the second attempt.

I don't think you can really prepare for it. If you answered truthfully, you are doing it correctly.

Good luck next time round.

Thanks! I hope to get called back soon!

After the one year wait, should I select YES for the question that asks if I've ever interviewed with United or Continental if I took and didn't get past the Hogan?
I feel like I was still in the screening phase, not necessarily the interview phase.
Thanks in advance to anyone who is in the know!

I would think that as long as you did NOT interview and take a SIM ride then you would be correct. I haven't met a guy on the property that doesn't think the Hogan is a big piece of HR/Psychobabble crap !!

Good luck at the call......

If one just went as far as the Job Fit Assessment (Hogan), I would say no, do not mark the "yes" to the question "have you interviewed with United or Continental?"
