NOW I understand what's going wrong. It's the UAL people's fault that we got the abysmal CAL management team. Got it. I can only assume that it would have been our fault as well if we had kept the old UAL management instead, soooo it's our fault either way. Nicely done.

Like I said nothing impresses me at the moment but to just blame just the cal management team seems a little off. |

Our side needs to be the victim?!? Lol you are something else. I know of nobody on the Cal side with low self esteem.
While I do not support Jeff as he is the manager that brought us this abomination of a merger, you only have yourself to blame for poor management. You have never had good management. You have hand picked CEO's, some the worst the aviation world has ever seen. Nobody wants to lead this place, all you people want to do is fight with each other and Management. We had good Management, they all left with Larry instead of coming here to fight with you. Hand picked by WHOM?? I sure never hand picked any one of the 6 or so CEO's I've worked under. Clearly there is plenty of sucking to go around. Neither team brought much if any management talent to this merger. Why are we even arguing about who is/was better? Doesn't make any difference now |

I sure an not impressed with our management team, but lets face it we have plenty of ual management in place also. Is there anything they are doing that impresses anyone? Did they impress you at the leadership meeting at the domiciles? Did our long list of ual ceos impress anyone for the last 25 years or so?

I don't think so - you blame the CAPT and F/O. All the other stuff is BS. They were in-charge of the flight and the rest were along for the ride. Jeff has surrendered himself with lower level ex-CAL management for protection. He is directly responsible for all facets of the airline whether he directly makes the decision or not. The rest of us are along for the ride. |

Were you even THERE under Bethune?? Larry was OK I suppose, though the financials pre merger suggest that all was not well under his leadership.
