I can handle my own bag. I tip a driver of a vehicle for the safe ride, not for being a baggage handler. I also say "Thanks for the safe ride" every time so he knows what its for.

I tip when they throw my crap in the van....except for the lady that got lost from the airport to TK and made me miss the van to the hotel at 11 pm. No tip for her.

Terminal is walking distance to employee lot. So no bus!

Nice deal when you can get it. But what will u do when you have to ride the shuttle bus in order to enjoy premium WB pay elsewhere? Tip or not?

Do what you feel is appropriate. I do not feel like a scab for not tipping for a scheduled ride to/from the training hotel. I tip if they schlep my bag for me.

None of it matters. I would tip in either case. Its only $1 and my way to give to them for getting me where I need to be safely, bag handling or not.
