Precisely.

If anyone disagrees with that, please explain how almost every car commercial clearly says they have the best vehicle in their class, or hauls the most, or best mpg, or most power. Then the next commercial made by the next manufacturer says the exact same things.

Not necessarily disagreeing but what metric would you use to rate service levels? There obviously is a difference between carriers.
