Yep. That's a good question. We have always let senior pilots bid all their vacation before letting junior pilots bid any. So the idea that you have to pick whether you want Christmas or Summer vacation is a valid question. I personally like bidding all my vacation at once in seniority order. Of course I've been in the top 10 in my base for 10+ years, so I would say that.

I personally advocate seniority based parking. No way those junior guys should get the shorter walk from the employee parking lot ! :)

Logged into CCS to find out that they screwed up Vacation bidding and missed a bunch of people. So now its extended.
