Indoc is 9 days, IIRC.

And I think you get min Reserve guarantee while waiting.

Negative...you get three hours per day. It's 90 or 93 hours depending on how many days in the month.

I'm coming off a 5 year mil leave is redoc the same as indoc?

Yes, you'll be mixed-in with a new-hire class. They start on Tuesdays and finish Fridays.

FWIW, my class was one-third re-hires, and two-thirds newbies. Of them, half mil, and half RJ. One guy from a fractional company, but he had lots of mil-time too (still in the Guard).

I guess I got min guarantee while waiting to go to re-doc; I knew it was 3 a day once actually in training.

You'll go thru like a new hire in Indoc... Redoc is for short term mil leave returns (year off)... It's actually a nice two week break...

Thanks. I know I'm supposed to give thirty days notice when I return. Do you mind telling me how much notice you gave the company?

Thanks for the answers guess I should have asked second question with the first. Congrats letter does not say anything about hotel. Is that on our own? Is there a preferred? Are you expected to stay there if it is own cost?

Hotel is provided during training, to include IOE! Do not let them tell you otherwise concerning IOE, you're still in training.

Are jeans acceptable for indoc training, or is there a specific dress code?
