I'm not against what you're saying but "UCH" is too broad of a statement. The success or failure of this company is directly attributable to a select few. To even further delineate, the responsibility rests at the foot of one person.

If we're dumb enough to negotiate a profit sharing formula change mid stream through our contract that is our fault.
