My point is the sky isn't falling, but if we want to be paid like Delta we need to perform like them.

I'm not a math major so I can't begin to decrypt our profit sharing formula to figure out if ours was comparable to theirs either. According to my OET training we should start printing money ala Delta (sarcastically optimistic). Add profit sharing to the list of bullet items for the next contract.
