Willis Tower for sale
"Chicago's Willis Tower, once the world's tallest building, is being shopped to potential buyers.
A potential sale is in the works for Chicago's tallest building, a deal that could fetch almost $1.5 billion and shatter the city's price record amid soaring property values downtown." http://www.chicagobusiness.com/reale...ch-1-5-billion |
Don't know which is worse, UAL buys it at the top of the market and they plead "house poor" for our next contract, or someone else buys it, kicks UAL out, and IT gets to start all over again in another facility.

The cost to exterminate cockroaches will be great but necessary.

This will be one large real estate investment partnership selling to different one. All the corporate tenants presumably have long term leases that do not change simply because of a change in ownership. In fact, since the leases are long-term and stable they make the building marketable for sale in the first place. |
Idc whos buys it, just rename it the Sears Tower so we can move on from this awkward teenage rebellion Willis Tower phase.

I feel this is appropriate.

Maybe Sears will buy it back...they should be able to afford it since they make so many of their tools in China now...
