So is GUM going senior or junior for FOs (for new hires FOs, if that makes a difference)?

CA side is still going very senior and there doesn't seem to be much change with that. FO side seemed to be leveling off and I beleive I saw some vacancies awarded to 12000 number range a few bids ago. A lot of new faces which means a lot of 18-36 month contracts beginning. The base also seems to be running pretty heavy on staffing so I wouldn't expect any vacancy bids soon. I really couldn't give you an accurate time frame, but if I were guessing I would say probably nothing in 2015. Probably 2016 might see some movement as we acquire more widebody aircraft in the mainland. Again just a guess. Hope it works out for you sometime.
