I gave my two weeks notice last week to my employer. I'm was awaiting OE and they just cut me loose, so now I'm unemployed. |

I have not been based on the 756 in EWR but I looked pretty hard at it. I was on the 737 in EWR for two years...and I thought that flying was preferable to the 756. It offered a lot more variety. The 756 seems like its commuter friendly... But not when they put those 3 days back to back. My drive to work was too long to make B2B three days workable.. |
All night flying to short range Europe on the 75 as a junior guy, being tired for 3 straight days. Of course that is similar to West Coast 73 flying, almost all red eyes and late night flying. Much as I don't care for EWR as a location, the 737 flying is some of the best overall, daylight transcons and Carribean beach layovers. Jr base, Jr equipment is some of the best seniority a new guy can get.
