A320 Headset / Ear Piece
 

I ordered two earpieces from Rapid Molds but just received an email stating that their contract is being discontinued.

Other than Rapid Molds, what's a good or common ear piece or headset being wore on the line?

Free plastic tubes in ops.

You can order an online kit that does the same thing. Just google it.... can't remember where I got it from but it worked fine

I went to an ANR headset (got the Bose setup for Christmas) and have not regretted it.

Bus is quiet compared to other jets.......but never realized how loud it was until getting ANR.

Anybody where the Clarity Aloft?

I got the same email about Rapid Molds, but I'm going to go ahead with my order... Hopefully it won't take 3 months to complete...

Screw rapid molds! Guys that ordered in March just barely got them this month! I went to a local audiologist that did mine in 10 minutes. I got it back one week later. If I have any issues or hot spots he can trim it down right there to my liking.

Won't need a headset on the bus. Remember it has twice the space and half the noise of the guppy

Clarity Aloft is great. The Mike is on the left. Good for CA, awkward for FO but you get use to it.

Telex 850 anr. Light and work great. If ordering it for the United bus, make sure to get the one with the Boeing RCA plugs and NOT the Airbus cannon plug style.
