And good riddance to MG!

All things being equal between the airplanes, which fleet is more commutable? Productive?

How do you handle the SJC trips? Is there a cross town pay provision like there is for LGA trips for EWR based pilots (automatic $96 stapled to LGA pairings to cover tolls, cost of getting there)?

Similar in terms of commutability, as well as productivity, so I wouldn't choose based on either of those two considerations. Yes you get double town pay for SJC. I think it's around $50. Park in short term parking right in front of the terminal and expense it.

If you don't have a car, there is a shuttle service called Monterey Airbus. $15 with airline ID. They have a van every hour and a half or so from SJC to SFO.

Some commuters have been known to take CalTrain, but it may involve jumping a fence or two
