United New Format for Interviews

Does anyone have insight in to the new format for the interviews? I am interviewing on the 9th. No simulator, fake sim in interview room, CRM exercise, ect. Any info would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Have you done any interview prep yet? I used ECIC and they will walk you through the SBI. Well worth the price if you haven't done it yet and if you have they will provide free follow on training. The SBI should be the same as fedex or delta. Get with your bro's that have done it for insight. Good luck.
Cheers,

What time are you going on the 9th? I am headed that way as well at 1400. Dont have great "info" but rather general stuff. Make sure to "chair fly" the callouts for use during the tabletop exercise. Wish I had more.

I just checked with somebody who is "in the know" and this is what they said:

Make sure he studies the handout they sent him. He has to know it cold. Also brush up on his CRM/TEM skills.
Lastly, ATP and Jepp type chart questions.
Don't be a jerk in the interview process. :)

Hope this helps and good luck!

Thank you. So there is a bit of technical questioning added back in? Good to know.

I read elsewhere that for the CRM/TEM exercise, you will watch a video on a scenario, and discuss what you might have done differently afterwords??

Has anyone ever re-interviewed after being rejected previously?
