Default V97.33 "Sucked into jet engine" medical code

Really. Starting in October doctors have to submit far more detailed medical codes in order to get insurance approval. The title of this thread is one of them.

If you go up a level in the coding they break it down into helicopter, ultralight, other private fixed wing, commercial fixed wing and spacecraft. Each category is broken down into unspecified accident, crash, forced landing, collision, fire, explosion or other. So now doctors will have to be NTSB investigators to fill out a report. Got to wonder how many folks will show up at a doctor's office after a spacecraft collision?

ICD-10 has been and continues to be an expensive trainwreck for health providers in this country.

Was that train wreck a collision with another train, private motor vehicle, or commercial motor vehicle; a derailment; the result of signal failure, error, or misinterpretation; chunky sorority girl?
