No problem. On the Mac Logten menu, select File => Import Schedule => CCS and paste your entire CCS pairing into the window and select "use local times". The software will create flights using the Flight numbers, stations, and input the times with correct time zones for each station. The only requirement you have to enter yourself is the tail numbers, crew names, and who is flying each leg (for landing credit.)

When you input yours schedule into the Mac, it will automatically sync all the info into your iPhone via iCloud. And during your trip, as you enter the actual times, it will automatically sync it back into your Mac.

If you choose to solely use your iPhone and nothing else (no computer) unfortunately you can't import your schedule automatically (that needs to be done on the Mac.)
