Based on a recent ALPA email it appears that the overall participation in this campaign is weak. I guess everyone loves Jennifer Aniston.
Of course, as has been pointed out on this forum, this isn't our problem at all. It is management's job to compete.

As an add-on, today's email reminds us to send the Congressional letter to repeal the onerous 40% tax on what I would call "decent" health care plans.
If it takes place, you can bet that employer-provided plans will shrink to a fraction of what they are now....and they aren't great now.
It appears to this skeptic that the real motive is to make ALL health care plans mediocre, or else there will be "plan envy" amongst the less fortunate.
Send in your emails. Who knows if it does anything, but costs nothing.
