I like your style. Do a lot of senior guys bid reserve in Denver in hopes they won't be called very often?

I see some senior guys on the RSV list, but not many. Mostly it's just us bottom feeders. It takes a special lack of discipline to be a slacker

Don't move, live where you want, if you move you will inevitably be furloughed displaced or forced to bid equipment you don't want, live where it makes you happy, enjoy your home time!!

Looks like some unfilled vacancies on the latest snapshot in ORD.

New hires may get ORD right out of class pretty soon.

The problem with that idea is that there have to be bids. I don't foresee Denver cap bids for years. There haven't been any since right after the sli and they went ridiculously senior. Those in a position for a bump are/were golden, but for the rest of us we are most definitely on the outside looking in. There should be lots of movement everywhere BUT Denver it seems, which is good for the masses. Just sucks for lual guys stuck out of base or stuck in the right seat in Denver while junior guys drive to work as den Caps based on bumps and the sli game/transition games played.

Oh, I hear you. It was total BS that one side got to bid into DEN before the SLI. And a pity that many of those junior guys got flushed out when we bumped in. But that's life. We are still fat here and there will likely be another DEN 737 CAP bump, imo. That will get me. Luckily, I've raised my kids and am sitting on a ton of equity. I'll just move on to a new adventure. I feel bad for those who are stuck out of base while life (kids ballgames, recitals, etc.) is happening. What a messy merger.
