I still can't figure out what reason you would think they would have to do that.... would be so completely demented that it can't possibly be taken seriously; which is why you have people saying that you MUST have meant it TIC.

more than one has had heart burn that was assumed to be a heart attack and yes, it's not uncommon to take days to determine the real cause of the symptoms/pain.

The TIC comment was in response to a different post when I suggested BS for MC. Reread the thread for clarity before chastising others.

As far as being in Heppner's "inner circle", if you mean being a C34 member, I guess you are right. He came to the meeting and spoke about the genesis of the TA and more to your cynical side his relationship with Oscar. I believe the quote was "I've met with Oscar more times in the month that he was the CEO than I did the with Jeff during his entire tenure". But even that won't make any difference to you. You'll just say that Jay is acting out of nothing but sinister selfish political motive so NOW it's a conspiracy to fake the pilots into a crappy deal so that he can.... again, I'm not sure what his big agenda could possibly be, but I'm sure you have your theories. Probably wanting to be a Virgin Galactic pilot or something.

If JH meet with OM to put together an agreement that JH could possible sell to the pilots, then JH is no better than BS making back room deals. For personal reason JH knows the impact the TA will mean to his resume walking out the door. Let's see where it takes him.

Thankfully, the vote is over in a couple of days. I'm sick of talking about it, hearing about it, and debating about it. What will be will be. When all is said and done, I will accept the will of the pilot group. If it gets voted down, you won't see me on here whining about how stupid the United Pilot group is and it's a shame that we can't think for ourselves and made a horrible decision. We will see what your reaction is if it passes. Just remember, all the "company shill", "slick" comments and suggestions that I'm trying to bully people into voting for a deal won't produce any big VOTE YES posters in my threads. But if you'd like I can go back and come show you your VOTE NO posts. All the insults and anger and conspiracy theories in the world aren't going to change who you are. I feel sorry for you having to live in a world where you think the absolute worst in every situation. I have no love for the United management I've encountered in my 20+ years here, but I give people the benefit of the doubt until they prove they don't deserve it. Wolf, Tilton, Jeff. I detest them all for good reason. We will see about Oscar in time. But at the very least, I've been consistent in wishing him good health, a speedy recovery, and time with his family. You certainly can't say the same. Good luck

Make something clear - I have no desire to wish OM harm but in the same breath, I'm more concerned for the thousands of United employees and their families that depend on the success of the enterprise than the physical health of one individual.

Best Wishes --------

C5 passed a unanimous resolution today of support of Captain Todd Insler to be our next MEC Chairman. Well done.

DC

yes. The list of supporters (or owners) concerns me. I would prefer no special interest groups or minders. I see Todd as his own man, who brings out the best in those around him, and one who drives results in a timely manner.

His grievance machine and record is impressive. I am sure the MEC notices his results.
