Does anyone know if you're allowed to nonrev while on FMLA? I'm coming from a company where if you were on leave they'd put all your stuff on hold (CASS access, idtravel...)

just wondering if the how the reserves avalable matrix orders the silo: is the "first in" pilot innthe silo above or below the "second in"

If I understand your question right, the default sort is “Silo/FIFO,” where FIFO stands for “first in first out.” So yes, the “first in” pilot within a given silo will be on top of the list for his/her silo.
