Default "Known" glitch in pay drop for DH deviation

Just requested a DH deviation and saw my pay decrease. Called back and was told its a "known" computer glitch and that I need to contact pay. The scheduling desk was very nice about it, but ***? You think if it's known, they would say, take a screen shot of your before and after calendar.

Called pay and got an answering machine.

Just wanted to give the rest of youz/yinz/y'all a heads up.

Anyone else with further info, post up...

Your pay protected as a Lineholder or reserve. However, if on rsv your availability time is moved up (first avail flight... Not what you deviated) so you could be scheduled earlier for a new trip. I never deviate on rsv personally due to this loophole... Only as a LH will I do it.

I've only filed a pay claim once so my statistical sampling is minimal, but I DID get a pretty quick email reply (within a day).. your results may vary.
