Failed Hogan Assesment=you're done?
I failed the Hogan Assessment about 18 months ago. Am I done as far as United is concerned? I would just rather focus my time elsewhere if I am.

2) That said, there is absolutely no guarantee of a second interview. The 12 month "waiting period" is simply the minimum amount of time before UAL will consider the applicant again. |

I know someone who got another invite after 18 months. He's been a UAL pilot for well over a year now.

Just flew with an FO who's been here a little over two years. He took the hogan 3 times before he finally made it. With that said, if you're qualified here, you're also qualified elsewhere. Don't limit yourself.

Not sure how he pulled off 3 attempts at the Hogan. Our hiring manager said that 2 unsuccessful attempts at any stage of the interview process and the candidate is done for good. This however supposedly isn't the case for those that are at Commutair or Expressjet going through the CPP program.

Hogan schmogan. We're probably losing some great guys because of it.
