The UAL MEC Negotiating Committee and legal staff met with the company on December 7th to discuss the Delta Snap Up provisions in LOA 38. Because there are a couple of issues still under discussion, it is too early to announce final numbers. We are working diligently to ensure pilots receive the full value of what was negotiated.

Snap up means 18 per cent to me.......We will always be trailing Delta, as well as the rest of the industry. We should be thankful we are not on Hawaiians pay scale. And ps.....Why do we never see Delta guys on our jump seats?
