nice try. pointing out the obvious is hardly a ringing endorsement of the company. your selective amnesia concerning my comments against the company concerning their missives and decisions points to the fact that you cant get over your personal animosity towards me. maybe its the fact that i "think" out every scenario rather than can an answer that irritates you the most. personally i dont care what you think, about me or whats happening at the company.

I was actually starting to feel sorry for you but I'm beginning to see why you were being attacked on this forum. What's really surprising is the academy cadre let you get through their program - so it was your critical thinking that got you through. It couldn't have been because of the help from tons of your friends.

Wow. Only you would try to relate this in any way to an LCAL/LUAL thing.

It wasn't hard considering b52...... is probable an ex-cal management anti-ALPA type. Haven't you heard Munoz has sensitivity training going on in the middle to little management ranks and those that can't conform are being given the boot from the club. He probable would not have gotten a command in the AF and now being demoted at United, he's a little but hurt. Thank You :D

Less than 48 hours after approval and NAI is already talking about expanding in LAX, OAK,JFK; Norwegian proposing London Gatwick Trans-Atlantic expansion in S17 :: Routesonline Something about those cities sounds familiar - oh, yeah - that's where we have three of our hubs. Yet this is what your worried about? Your petty little misperceived dramas and squabbles won't seem so important a few years from now when we're getting buried by NAI and the like. B52 at least had a point to make with his suggestion that management has a dog in this fight as well and it might be worthwhile for ALPA to look to management as a potential ally. At least worth considering but nah, your too busy with Munoz's sensitivity training and personal letter writing campaigns.

As far as NAI goes, I'll wait and follow the lead of my ALPA representatives. I would also suggest you do the same. It's way to early to take the kids out of private school, sell the wife's BMW, sell the bubba truck or cancel Xmas. And, may I suggest you stop panicking over NAI - it's been on the radar for some time now and ALPA is well aware of the impact it could have.

As far as personal letter writing, I've only written one letter and that was a thank you letter to ALPA for staying on top of the PS grievance and getting the LUAL pilots a just payout. Good chunk of change for Christmas - I think you called it "petty little misperceived dramas and squabbles".

The duration it will take for this to play out will prevent one from realizing the perils until we are beyond the tipping point. Just like the United I once knew has become unrecognizable over the course of time, so will this industry. Contrary to the political rhetoric of Trump and nationalism, globalization is our coffin and back room deals will be the nails sealing it.

So much negativity on APC these day. Try and look at the bright side, shiny brand new pilots will get to fly shiny brand new 787s and hang out with shiny brand new young and hot foreign flight attendants!

And earn one third of what we currently do.
