I believe that this gentleman is referring to is that he will be a 35 year old CAPTAIN 1/3 up the list if we merge. IE, everyone already at United will be screwed because (on average) their pilots are 10-30 years younger than ours.

How would he go from 60% at Jetblue to 30% at United?
