I would agree... I don't have anything near a 747 type (or a 757/767/A-300/MD-11) and I have a class date.
I would consider going to Atlas/Omni/ATI/Kalitta/National/Whoever if you want to get into something bigger and have a better chance with UPS if it fits your lifestyle. It can't hurt.
From my experience, and from other I know at UPS, they like pilots from all varied backgrounds and no one really knows the secret sauce to the science.

I’d say that qualifies as insider trading! But good on them, the Atlas peeps I’ve flown with have been superb.
