April 1st/2nd Class

It looks like the March Class is up and running.
Is anyone here in the April class?

My CJO from 5 weeks ago simply said "March or April class" but I have not heard a thing since.

Has anyone received a final offer for the April class or does anyone have any information regarding the April class?

I would call if I was you

I would if I knew who to call .

I have emailed JT as she is my contact and I have not heard anything.
I don't have a direct number for her.

Other than that, all I have is the fax number from when I was in the pool and the number for my recruiter who is now retired.

Is anyone else around here supposed to be in the April class?

Are we suppose to get an email about what base/plane we would like in preference?

I did. I was able to get in touch with JT. Waiting on some paperwork to finalize everything.

Any idea how many people are in the 1 April class?

So far I know of one. He got pool letter in early October and CJO in late Feb for the 1 Apr class. Final offer came in some time last week for 1 Apr.

Not sure. My CJO said "March or April class" and today was the first day I heard that I was slated for the April 2nd class. I'd love to hear from anyone in the April and beyond classes. May class?

Would it be worth it?

Just out of curiousity, would getting a 747 type increase your chances of getting called?

If someone with a degree and 1000TPIC that’s not getting the call from brown, would it be beneficial to get a 747 type? Would this help any?

Not my case yet, but definitely curious. Its personal for me, but I wouldn’t mind paying for a 747 type. If brown never calls, it’s still a cool thing to have.

I can't imagine it would help if you didn't have any actual time in it.

Atlas seems to be a stepping stone for UPS. Not that they intend to be. It’s not a reflection on their pilots, just a lot of guys/gals leaving Atlas for UPS, over the past 4 years. So if anything, they seem to get good people that leave, and many of them go to UPS.

Don’t go buy a 747 type, it would be useless without experience.
