Saying job fair attendance is a must in this day and age ain’t disinformation, it’s sound advice based on lots of feedback from successful candidates. As is getting interview prep. We have a ton of people here and elsewhere claiming that their attendance at a fair brought changes to their app / status. On the other hand, we have, maybe a couple of guys who report getting on without going to one; the outliers. You do the math. It literally is a must for some people. Worst case scenario it doesn’t hurt. You’re actually the one spreading a bit of bad information.

Not sure about any superiority complex but the guy is one of the few paying it back and sharing info. Consider we have had almost 1000 people get on in this wave since 2014 and almost no one comes back and offers their experience. Good on him for posting - people who have recently gotten on are the authority on what it takes to get hired.

Good question: The ability to fly wide-body immediately plus the domicile options work for me and my family, this is why Big Brown is the place for me. Delta doesn't quite meet my family needs.

Hmmm pension? Hats? Double Breasted jackets? No intra continental flying. The list goes on and on....
