Application is locked
 
Hi there sorry if this has been asked before but my application is locked and the only two sections I can edit is employment and contact info . Has this happened to anyone and anyone knows why it has been locked .

second question I am flying overseas and I can’t put my contact information because the contact section doesn’t let me put my number since it’s a foreign number . My email address is correct though . Would the recruitment dept contact by email
if they can’t get a hold of me ??

I think locked = good sign.

Get a US based Google voice number or the equivalent.

Just relax, all is good. Application locked means that the computer system has selected you to begin the interview process. The next step is you will get an email from someone that will want to schedule a resume review with you via zoom. If that goes well, you will be sent the Hogan assessment. After passing that, you will then be contacted by HR via telephone to schedule the official zoom interview. During your resume review, I would definitely discuss contact info dilemma at that time. In the meantime start prepping and keep an eye on your email and junk box.

Mine has been locked over 30 days now….. have been told it’s a good sign. Checking email and junk daily……

It can take a while but in the past locked meant you were in line for a call.

Follow up question to this. If the overall status of your application is "active" but the rest is as you described (all sub-sections are locked except "Contact Info" and "Employment History")....is this normal or is it a good sign? I seem to remember being able to update those at will.

That's normal. Means someone is looking at it.
